The World Universities Debating Championships was held from 27 December to 4 December, hosted by Assumption University of Thailand, and the unofficial results have been released online. Find the full tab using this link. Representing UNSW were Emily Bek and Su-Min Lim (UNSW A); Li Zhou and Alice Lang (UNSW B); and Sandy Koo and Boris Waldman (UNSW C).
A brief UNSW summary:
Bear in mind the 32nd breaking team had 18 points and 1454 speaker points. The top breaking team (and eventual champions) had 25 points and 1538 speaker points.

UNSW Invitational Debating Tournament 2008 The Tournament was held on Wednesday 27th February at UNSW, Kensington. The event, aimed at senior and intermediate debaters, focused on nurturing a sophisticated approach to argument, rebuttal and logic.
